1. Return Policy

You may return or exchange an item within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with consumer protection laws.

Eligible items must be:

• unused;

• in original condition;

• with all tags and original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Items made on pre-order (custom or made-to-order) cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are produced individually.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping:

• is paid by the customer;

• is covered by Sac Décoratif only in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects.

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase within 3–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
