All payments are processed securely. We do not store card details.

2. Shipping Within Ukraine

Orders within Ukraine are shipped via Nova Poshta:

Shipping within Ukraine is free.

Delivery time depends on the carrier. Orders are shipped after payment confirmation.

3. International Shipping

We ship worldwide using trusted international carriers and postal services (DHL, UPS, Nova Poshta).

Free shipping is available for orders over €600 within Europe.

For orders outside Europe, shipping costs are calculated individually at the time of ordering and depend on the destination and carrier.

Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are non-refundable in case of return.

We currently ship to all countries except Russia and Belarus.

4. Production & Processing Time

All our products are made to order.

Orders are dispatched within 7–10 business days after payment confirmation.

5. Shipping Responsibility

Once the parcel is handed over to the carrier, delivery time and parcel handling fall under the responsibility of the shipping company.
