2. Shipping Within Ukraine

Orders within Ukraine are shipped via Nova Poshta:

Shipping within Ukraine is free.

Delivery time depends on the carrier. Orders are shipped after payment confirmation.

3. International Shipping

International orders are shipped via DHL.

• Free international shipping applies to orders over €600.

• For orders below €600, shipping costs are covered by the customer.

• All international parcels are shipped from our European warehouse for faster delivery and simplified customs processing.

4. Production & Processing Time

• Items in stock ship within 1–5 business days.

• Pre-order items are produced and shipped within up to 10 business days.

5. Shipping Responsibility

Once the parcel is handed over to the carrier, delivery time and parcel handling fall under the responsibility of the shipping company.
